USAG J.O. Compulsory, Optional and Elite Gymnastics Competition engulf the lives of thousands of gymnasts, parents, judges and coaches. Each comes from their unique perspective but all are linked by a common element – USAG J.O. Compulsory, Optional or Elite Gymnastics Rules of Competition. Gymnastics scores are based on application of the current rules of the sport. Unlike most popular sports, USAG J.O. Compulsory, Optional and Elite Gymnastics do not have a well-known, standard set of rules that everyone knows and understands. There are different rules for ten Junior Olympic levels within the USAG J.O. Compulsory and Optional Gymnastics program plus the Elite program (which change often). It can make you crazy! Let's have fun sharing and promoting current knowledge about USAG J.O. Compulsory, Optional and Elite Competition through information, study aids and resources pooled from judges, coaches, gymnasts and parents. Put in your two cents worth and get back a whole lot more!
