USAG J.O. Compulsory, Optional and Elite Gymnastics Competition engulf the lives of thousands of gymnasts, parents, judges and coaches. Each comes from their unique perspective but all are linked by a common element - USAG J.O. Compulsory, Optional or Elite Gymnastics Rules of Competition.

Gymnastics scores are based on application of the current rules of the sport. Unlike most popular sports, USAG J.O.
